Wendy's is trying out what it calls "dynamic" pricing. The idea is that if you buy a burger at a time when Wendy's is crowded you'll pay more. And if you get a burger at slow times, it'll be cheaper. Wendy's says it's not raising prices, just cheaper at certain times. But whatever they call it, a burger will cost a couple of bucks more at noon than at 3PM.
