What’s your absolute favorite dipping sauce or condiment?

I don't have a favourite per se, but 3 of my top cooking/dipping sauces are Sweet Thai Chili, Orange/Ginger (from VH), and Chicken & Rib sauce (from The Keg).

There are others I have bought in the past, but the above three are our regular go-go choices.

Thai Sweet Red Chili Sauce (My brand is "A Taste of Thai") - used a flavouring for food that needs a pickup, i.e., chicken legs
Fresh grated Black Pepper (from whole peppercorns) - used on meat and veggies.

My favorite all time sauce was the Salsa Verde from Chicken Quick in Las Vegas, NV. We would always order extra and it was hard not to climb right into the container and lick it out. Now, in Maine, I have made my own - not quite the same but still good. The fresh cilantro makes my mouth water!

I'm a ranch boy, too...it's great as a dip with pretzels, chips, or whatever. So good I could almost eat it with a spoon as if it were soup, but then I'd overdose! I also love soy sauce if I'm doing Asian. Then if want to go nuclear on a deli-type sandwich, I'll get out the horseradish, but try to avoid the level of lethality...
