I agree with those who find men easier to understand and communicate with than women. They are much less convoluted. Except I can't understand what's so interesting about the game of football!

Apparently, its been "proved" scientifically, or at least according to a very large survey of sixty odd thousand people by a team from Cambridge University that men and women do think differently, so there you are, "topic closed" .

When we remove the stereotypes of gender, we find, that we are one group of very different individuals. Our minds may have trouble grasping that, so we take the easy route and sort people into groups, using our eyes. Recognize a good person when you see one and become their friend. When you come across a bad apple, avoid them. It will take work!

Well, regarding compliments, it depends on whether the woman thinks the man is attractive and his age
and the situation. She might like it or think it is creepy or inappropriate. (I have heard that word too much.)
If I say you have nice eyes, for example, what is your reaction? Avoid me, return compliment, or start conversation or grimace?

Workplaces and healthcare places are not good for this.
