For all my coordination and grace on the dance floor or in the ballroom, I simple CANNOT remain upright on roller skates! πŸ˜±πŸ˜‚. Little Lucy here eschewed that bar within 5 minutes and was merrily skating away. Me? Not so much!! πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜‚

What causes you to appear graceless, clumsy, uncoordinated?

Love the picture, Ronni!

For me it's strapping on my ice skates for the first time after a skating hiatus. I'm wobbly, unsure, and look like a first-timer for the first 30-40 minutes!

Women's aerobics! I am a total klutz whenever I have tried to join one of their classes. It is not pretty folks. I could run for miles at a reasonably fast pace, but a women's aerobic class will kick my fanny in a hurry in addition to making me feel like a fool.

I have hiked many times with my wife, but I never raise the subject of stamina after seeing her climb. No sir, I don't.

I also don't try to go beyond basic yoga. My wife does poses that look humanly impossible to me.

Ice skating... can't find my balance well at all, and now I don't do it because I have trouble with my knee, and I can't even think about falling ... however I was always a very good roller skater, as a teen we used to regularly go to the Roller Disco :D

Exercise classes! Years ago I used to belong to a Curves ladies gym.

I was OK doing the circuit but despite having the training, I never became comfortable doing some additional exercises that you were required to do at the end of your session, on some large crazy looking apparatus/equipment. After quite some time I simply give up trying to use this "jungle gym" (I felt so ridiculous!) so I quit Curves.

Since then I've decided no more gyms but rather I'll stick to the basics..... walking, swimming at the lake etc.

Just walking. Whenever I see a video of myself walking, especially on the stage but really, anyplace, I think, "Gad, I look like an old lady!" Doesn't match my own self-image at all.
