I may have steak in some yummy sauce I got it at Aldi's and had it once before. It was very good.

Roasted a pork belly today seasoned with salt, pepper & thyme. We had mashed potatoes, cottage cheese & corn relish as side. I'm stuffed now & plan to kick back in the recline & watch some Yellowstone.

Barley has been boiled for seven minutes and is now setting for a while in anticipation of the coming wedding.

Yes. We leave one loaf out for eating right away ( for today and tomorrow ) and slice the other loaves and freeze them for later.

I cooked cabbage, BBQ beans, deviled eggs, potato salad, and grilled bratwurst. I don't usually cook that much in one setting, but I don't plan on cooking for a couple of days.

Been busy the last week, but have been able to cook & now have left overs to use up. Going to freeze the extra roasted pork belly from Monday & will eat up the Venison roast cooked in cranberry sauce.
