didn't you feel something bad was going to happen yesterday too ? You know that a feeling of dread is often caused by anxiety or depression, but it is also caused by a lack of the vitamin B group ..have you checked you're getting enough..

In my case, I bet it's caused by Buffy. I am so afraid for her. So far, she is just more restful, but is eating less, peeing less. SHE IS NOT IN PAIN, which I dread. Can't unknow what I know the x-rays I mean. Thank you Holly, you brought to the front of my mind what's in back of my mind.
 
Morning breakfast clubbers.....wow I got up way too early, 4am,,,
not liking the start of this day....lousy day yesterday but cannot
say why cause I don't know...just feeling out of sorts this week,
maybe it will change today....Occu therapist coming at 10am
today, dont' know why so early...this whole thing with occu and
physio therapist started due to my falls last year !!! aND i'm
tired of it.....ah well...just another day....have a great one okay!!!!
 
This morning the birdies woke me up at 4:30am was able to go back to sleep until 5:50
On my early morning walk, temp was 54 as I went to buy NYT
I'm taking local transportation to my 9:30 appt at Super Cuts,last time I had it cut was early Jan
The rest of my day,take another walk this afternoon, read NYT,my book tonight tackle NYT daily crossword puzzle,at 9pm on CBS watch a fav show FBI:International

An update, I went to the Super Cuts I usually go to ,was surprised to see it was no longer there, no note or anything. Instead I went grocery shopping in the small plaza. When I got home, I called the Super Cuts # I used yesterday, the person apologized,he told me that location had closed in March I asked if another location was still open he didn't know- IDIOT!
I called that location, made appt for 10am tomorrow
 
Been down to the river this afternoon, while the sun shone.. it was supposed to be sunny all day, but by about 3pm it was overcast again..

A gorgeous shot. Waterfalls calm my soul, as do ocean waves. Seeing this beautiful photos immediately makes my edges feel a bit smoother.

Look for a new hairdresser. Mine left a message that she’s moving to a new salon … across town. I liked her but not enough to go there. Too bad because the last cut was the best she’s done in 3 years. This is new person is someone who I’ll be seeing every 5 -6 weeks so I need to find a good one.

It'd be worth it to me to drive a ways for a great haircut. How far away in drive time is "across town"?
