I did think of this.. and I am currently looking now for a fast growing shrub to take up that space.. The only problem is that while searching , I've discovered that all the fast growing shrubs ( except Bamboo).. are already in my garden.. Choysia.. Red Robin , Laurel..etc and of course I have all the hedging.. don't want more hedging.. ... so I'm not quite sure what to doGlad you mentioned this. I was curious about it, after you'd considered the possibility beforehand.
Perhaps consider replacing it with a few smaller trees or shrubs?
Now that the suggestion came to my mind, I realize that any other plants would be smaller than that one was.
I think they sell some sort of sound-absorbing paneled fencing-type structures, here....but likely those cost a bundle. I'm just trying to brainstorm, so that you or someone might think of something more doable and possibly effective, than my suggestions.

Electric runs my water heater which heats the water at the sinks as well. I turn on the shower and water comes out, maybe water pressure too? Never thought about it that much. Maybe we just don't call them electric showers.
A cold compression helps sometimes if hydrocortisone doesn’t work.

When you get down to basics, electricity runs just about everything. Years ago we had a gas water heater, but you don't see those very much anymore.

Nope she did not show up the last two days that she was scheduled for. Never called. The agency called me and said she wanted to work more hours. The agency is being paid by Fedilis Care which is the insurance agency that Medicaid assigned to me. But everything they do is only on the condition that I need an aide. I don't really need one.
