The opening sounds of lines being tightened, Fog horn and quiet guitar had me back in 73.
Loggins vocals, then the Oboe comes in, then Messina's guitar solo.

Magical music. Captured what Sailing's all about.

When I saw them live on the reunion tour way back and they played this song, it sparked memories that flooded me.
Missing Sailing is something I could never explain.
