What are you listening to in 2024 ?

There's Halloween Music and then there is J.S. Bach - Toccata and Fugue in D-minor.
Played expertly on a Pipe Organ.

Every note builds and flows to the next and I am awed by his playing.

This popped up in my YouTube feed yesterday. David Gilmour is going to be performing several shows in London, LA and then NY starting on October 10.


"Time" is one of those songs that has a much deeper meaning as I get older. Now that I think about it, many Pink Floyd songs have a deeper meaning to me as I get older.

They do a great job, I like it. Harry Nilsson gave the song pizzazz & had a hit (due to the movie "Midnight Cowboy"), but it's a misunderstanding that it was his song. Fred Neil gave it soul... he wrote it, and sang it in its original recording. Long live his memory.

I agree with your assessment of the Fred Neil version. It has the right feeling to go with the lyrics.
