Thank you Diva, your compliment: "I love how you rock those Hawaiian shirts" I passed onto the lady. She smiled and mouthed a thank you. Not all of those flamboyant shirts are Hawaiian themed, in fact some are in a negative black & white, but the lady just has that talent of knowing what compliments what. Today is a perfect example of that, what do you think?

How to describe work? I am semi-retired but help out two or three times a week when it gets busy. Today was a full day, I had a phone call for help.

What to wear? Nobody wears a suit any more, ties are even more of a rarity, but one has standards. That's a jocular remark that I always come back with when asked: "What's with the tie?"

I've lost a lot of weight.

I'm not happy with that lost or weight.
I need some new jeans that have an elastic waste band.

Looked at Blair's online site,, geezzz prices are high!
About $30 per pair,, shipping not included in that price.

I did by pair of sweat pants at thrift store which fit.

The jeans were folded up onto hangers, made it hard to see the sizes without taking them off the hanger.

Is this a new method of hanging them so the bottoms. don't drag on the floor?

I wore three different outfits today. My at home clothes are a pastel blue knit skirt and navy T shirt with a navy turban.
When I went out this morning I wore this sweatshirt, with black sweatpants, a black knit cap and silver-ish drop earrings.



When I went to the park late this morning, I wore this with same black sweatpants and black hoodie.
