This is a rare day for me to wear a dress in cool weather. In the summer, it’s the norm. Neon Buddha is a laidback leisurewear brand. This navy dress is comfy so I need to make myself wear it more often. It’s the leotards underneath that I don’t like. I hope it’s not too cold when walking.
