My very favorite comfort food is eggs and toast with butter. Next is macaroni and cheese, turkey and avocado sandwich, pasta salad, cream soups with crackers.

Food in and of itself is comforting. What comforts me is any food that I'm craving whenever I crave it.

A big bowl of hearty soup in the winter is comforting. Okay, I especially like dark chocolate pudding. That can fix just about anything that ails me.
