mild & wet summers & winters. Need to replace windshield wipers annually.

A red Subaru. It's a nice shade of deep red, almost maroon. It wasn't my first choice, I really wanted a blue car, but the dealer said there would be a six-week wait for the same car in blue. I didn't care that much about the color, so I just bought the red one. I've gotten fond of it.

I just read that the majority on new cars are gray. Years ago, when Japan was hit the the tsunami, I was so amazed most of the Japanese cars floating around were gray. Now, we're just as bad-mostly gray. Yup I have a fire engine red Hyundai, it's not a sports car, but it's red. I always loved a red car.
What color is your car? Was color a factor in buying your ?

It is white. It was second hand and the price was right.

We had a hardtop pepper/white & black (2005). One of the few Minis in Utah, moving to Oregon seemed like every 3rd person had one, although they were different colors than ours. Oregon, only state where every auto parts store had wipers, blades, parts & mechanic's locations for Minis. The Utah dealership had a choice of (2) red & black & the white & black. Finally started to nickle & dime us until we traded it in on the 2021 Chev (above after 18 years). Expensive to work on then, probably a lot more now.

My dark gray Toyota Matrix was totaled and I wanted to get something with the insurance money. The pristine white Honda Fit with new tires and a tank full of gas looked pretty good.
