Though love bacon that is an unusual combo for sandwich .Toasted peanut butter and banana sandwich with bacon and raisins.
To the actual peanut butter / banana you would add bacon ?My mother used to make me peanut butter and banana sandwiches. They were tasty. I'd consider adding sugar-cured bacon.

I think Elvis loved fried peanut butter / bananas and I have enjoyed that but bacon seems out of place .

I've never thought of putting cream cheese on French Toast. I'd probably leave out the tomato and use syrup to make it like a Cheese Danish, but I can see how leaving the syrup out and adding the tomato would make it a whole new, savory thing. Sounds really good. I kinda want to try that now. -My next cheat day, maybe.People here seem to be so creative with breakfast. I almost always have the same dull meal--Cheerios with some kind of berry, sometimes banana instead. But today I had 2 leftover pieces of French toast from yesterday's lunch and heated them up, slathered on cream cheese and topped with thin sliced tomato. Delish.
Yes, I've never had this til yesterday when I made French toast for lunch and didn't want to use syrup, so did the cheese-tomato thing.
