Ahhh, "sexy" is in the mind of the beholder.
For me, a "sexy" woman is one with some meat on her bones, a sense of humor, no internal additives or enhancements, wears clothes that fit, goes easy on the paints and powders, talks but also listens, and smiles much more than frowns. And strange as it may seem, I've often found "older" women much more attractive than the "under 25 year old" beauties we see in the media.

Lots more I could add, but like I said, "sexy is in the mind of the beholder".
 
I'm gonna shorten my too-many-to-list list and list what I DON'T find sexy instead.

Unwarranted smugness
An attitude of entitlement
Lack of knowledge due to laziness
Narcissism
Long, fake fingernails
Compulsive complaining
Gold-digging floozies
Gangsta talk/Gangsta mentality
Absence of a work-ethic and goals
Unhealthy addictions

Yeah, believe it or not, my This Is Sexy list is way, way longer.
 
Sexy to me can be a physical appeal, outward appearance and very much
someone's personality. Personality that is really fun and enjoyable can be
sexy to me. In fact personality almost overrides some other attributes ...

Short list, I'm rushing.
 
I think it’s sexy to come to the “Underground” section of SF, because here you’re exposed to content judged inappropriate or potentially objectionable by Google, moderator, or other standards. That makes me feel naughty or that I’m doing something vaguely inappropriate, the “forbidden fruit” kinda thing, and gives me that “bad boy” feeling, and small thrill of the day… 😈😸
