What do you think of "Greedy Granny"?

What happens if I hide Granny's teeth ? ... :coffee: ...

That's the first thing my Grandson said to me!
Is that what you do with The TV Remote? twit

I find it a bit comical, and would be a fine diversion for older adults as a form of self deprecating humor, but I would not want to share this with kids or even young adults as it sends the wrong message to a culture that has already lost respect and proper honor for people of advanced age.

A lot of stupid games and toys making fun of older folks like me.

I get my revenge when I poke fun at young people running around with pants that has no belt and they keep pulling them up all day long. I says "you can afford a $1,000 cellphone but you can't afford a $5 belt at WalMart then you ain't all that smart like you think you are!!!!!"

Think of this as an investment. 50 years from now it could be worth a decent amount of money.

Superman (1954)

Perhaps the most coveted lunch container, produced by Universal, features the Man of Steel. Bellomo ranks the box—which shows Superman battling robots and rescuing a damsel in distress—as the most valuable lunch box of all time, with a mint-condition specimen fetching as much as $13,000

I don't think it is funny to teach children negative racist or ageist stereotypes. How far would a "toy" get that had a black Greedy Grand "Pappy" where the slice of watermelon or fried chicken flew out of his mouth?

I'm still thinking about Aunt Jemima labels being changed, and how STUPID that was and that wasn't marketed to children or making fun of her. She was proud to be selected for the label.

Looks like a bad idea, that promotes a bad image of elders, marketed to IGNORANT parents that will likely buy it.

Don't think that would fly in Japan or Korea.

Don't get me wrong, I love humor - like cracking jokes about getting older to ADULTS in a comedy club..but not marketed to impressionable children in the US. We already have a disrespect of the elders in the US we don't need more disrespect.
