If meeting a match on a Dating site who has the exact same birthday but a different year.

One in 365? Or would it depend on the number of people on the site?

It would depend on the number of people on the site. The larger the user base, the higher the likelihood of finding a match with the same birthday. It's a much more common coincidence than it first appears. :)

If not 1 in 365,
Then perhaps the key figures are something to do with 4 and 12.
🤓😏

But I don't think it's 1 in 4.🙄😵‍💫☺️😁

Oops, editing to correct myself ...
I mean, I don't think it's 1 in 3, either.
🙃😆😁🤣

When i worked in HR at UW the dept had 20+ people. Statewide there were 5,000 employees. A couple of years in another woman transferred in the department. She had the same birthday as me just 10 yrs later. We also had very similar set of values and have communicated even after i retired and moved to another state.
