The day before yesterday I walked for 50 minutes on my treadmill. Yesterday, I walked ten minutes on the treadmill in the morning and swam 700 meters in the evening. Today will be another walking day with no swimming.

Stretching in the stretch cage at the gym, then working chest, shoulders and back on the machines. 1.5 miles on the treadmill. It really helps keep me mobile and boosts my mood.

Have pushed a sled for many years, it's a workout for sure. The wheels are an interesting feature.

very interesting ....you have to have a long hallway or plenty of room in the driveway...if you have one at home....put the grandkids on top for a fun ride and extra weight...lol

I haven’t done yoga for a while since my injured my arm.

Waited till noon to ski today, another warm and sunny day. The repeated freezing overnight and thawing during the day of snow changes it into big crystals just before it turns to slush. It's known as corn snow and it's really fun condition to ski. 7th day in a row of either skiing or workouts. Might be time for a rest.

Thanks, yes it is SV. These 2 pics I just took from the back patio. Facing into the sun and the late afternoon haze did not make for the best shots.




The arrow is pointing to my location when I took the pic in post #641. Just to the left of the arrow is a Forest Service lookout, which is no longer manned.

There is a tension adjustment. I think it acts like the breaks are partially pressed.

The wheel units don't depend on having carpet so it can be used in more facilities. The ones I've used have skids on the bottom that slide over the carpet, we just pile on more weight to get the resistance to the appropriate level.
