What exercise have you done today?

Today I did 18 minutes instead of my usual 20 on the spin bike. I did that to bring the total number of minutes up to an even 1200 since I bought the bike in February. So that's 20 hours in a little over 4 months. I paid $950 bucks for the thing so that comes to $47.50 an hour. So I'm still a long way from feeling like I have gotten my money's worth. It's gonna take a long time to get there.

I bought my exercise bike for $400 around 10 years ago. To get my money's worth for how I used it so far, the store is going to have to send me a refund.

It looks like I might need to quit swimming in the pool. When I first started swimming I got a urinary tract infection. Now I’m having other problems. I’m really unhappy about this but I ‘have’ to listen to what my body is telling me. 😝

Today we walked 4 kilometres.

We went on a different walk together that had us walking partway through a neighbourhood where I spotted this beautiful clematis. I wish I could claim it as my own but it isn’t.

I got bored with my usual YouTube exercise channels. Found a few new ones to explore. I continue to exercise my body for 2 hours a day. It prevents back and shoulder pain and keeps me supple to better accomplish my desired daily tasks.

@PeppermintPatty I am enjoying looking at your pictures. The nature by you is so beautiful! What about wildlife? Bears?
We do have our share of black bears near me. We are being disturbed by the rapid rate of construction surrounding us.
Thank you Rossana
I haven’t seen any bears but have been told they are around but I have seen eagles hundreds of times and have hundreds of photos of them,…..

I’ve seen plenty of foxes

We’ve seen otters, bobcats, buffalo, beavers…birds galore. Careful cause I’m really good at photo bombing threads that aren’t mine like I’m doing now.😅

I’m an outdoors woman at heart. ♥️

There are some really good yoga videos that are called Namaste. They are only 25 minutes in length and really easy to do. They also have a real meditative effect.

Namaste yoga is dubbed so you don’t see anyone talking. It’s also done with 3 people at the same time. One is for beginners, one for advanced and one for in between.

There’s three seasons with 8 to nine episodes.

Today we went for a walk along the Atlantic Ocean shoreline. When we started the walk , it was very cloudy and wet. While coming home it brightened up. The sun is now out.

We walked approximately 4.25 kilometres. The path was so wet that my running shoes and socks got soaked, which made a very uncomfortable walk but it was still enjoyable.

This is the lighthouse that can be seen from the trail we were on.

These chickens live at a house close to the trail. I love the chicken coup built just for them. It’s so darned cute.

Lobster boats in the distance.

On the way home we stopped to get some fresh Haddock. When at home, we made some pancakes.

I will admit that I have a lot to learn when it comes to making videos. Anyway, here is the video of the Taphong Market as promised.

This is fabulous. It looks a lot like our farmers markets here in Canada only we don’t have the huge variety you’ve got. Those custard apples I’ve never seen before or those spikey things. They would hurt if they fell on somebody’s head. That sticky rice looks interesting. I liked how it’s cooked in the bamboo. It’s really black. I didn’t know there was such a thing as black rice but do now.

Do you like in Thailand? I like how you interacted with all the market sales people. They do seem very friendly . I heard my name Peppermint Patty a bunch of times. How nice of you to make this film for me. There was so much to see. Most of which I’ve never seen before. Thank you for doing all that for me. Maybe others will watch it and find it interesting. I literally squealed when I heard my name. ♥️ Thank you kindly. That was a big deal. You did a fine job. 🙏

P.s. I just looked at your account and you truly are from Thailand. Very 😎 cool.
I watched this twice. Your avocados are huge. BBQ’ed squid. There’s even clothes.
It’s once a week / every Tuesday. That’s similar to our farmers market. Yesterday we got some fresh frozen haddock. Tonight we are having blackened Haddock.

Your son looks very young . I’m assuming you aren’t that old either.

You said my name 3 times.
Thank you again for doing this for me.
It’s truly fabulous.

Hi PeppermintPatty, I just checked my account and it does in fact say "from Thailand". However, that is incorrect, I'm actually a native Californian, born and raised in San Francisco.
Ok. Is this a market that set up in California from the people of Thailand? Sorry. I confuse easily.
