Something is better than nothing! You doing good! When my laundry was being done.. and the meat was cooking on the stove..I spent 15 minutes on the treadmill.. walking speed 2.9 mph..which is my natural walking speed anyway... I should have really up the speed a little bit but I haven't been on the treadmill for a while now so I thought it less exhausting to jsut keep at a manageable speed

Wow, your exercises put my dog walk to shame.I continue with my alternating upper and lower body toning.
I haven't yet incorporated an extra yoga-relax session in the evenings. Still trying to work that in.
ETA: And three 15 min. dog walks daily, which totally counts.
Thank you! I'm happy with my routine, for the most part, but I would like to work some gentle yoga in - in the evenings. It would be a good way to close the day.Wow, your exercises put my dog walk to shame.

Right now, I'm only doing 5/6 minutes of stretching and meditation after my toning. I'd benefit from some evening yoga.
If you look into it, you don't have to do the really hard, zen-yogi kind. The gentle stuff is very effective.![]()
