What exercise have you done today?

I haven't done any formal exercise in a few days, but while I was visiting my daughter and her family I did help get all three little ones into and out of the car, and I chased around the 18-month-old twins—and plucked them off of the coffee table, which they kept climbing, at least a dozen times each. I could tell by their grins that they found it a very fun "game." But I'm wiped out!

Another ridiculously windy day, so a running alternative. I usually run 2.5 miles in 17 - 18 minutes, so I walked very briskly for 18 min. with a 20 lbs weight vest and a pair of 15 lbs dumbbells. It almost seemed too easy, but at the halfway point my heart and lungs were working hard. At the end I had a kick left so I dropped the dumbbells and flat out ran for 2 more minutes with the weight vest on, not quite a full on sprint but faster than jogging speed. Success! I was breathing very hard and sweating a lot afterwards, it felt good(y)

This was around my circle gravel driveway which is about a hundred yards a lap, so my dumbbells were close by;)

And yes, my arms were suffering after a while🤣
