I walk one mile on the treadmill 3 times a week plus specific weights exercises prescribed by my physical therapist. Daily I have balance exercises and back strengthening exercises I do.
Tuesday is always a gym day. That means 3 miles on a stationary bike (about 13 minutes) then bench presses, crunches, other abs, leg exercises, standing on one foot, French curls, etc. Whole thing takes about 50 minutes.
I started the day with a walk along a cycle track near my home. Then I lifted some slabs and re-mortared those. Then some forking and digging in the garden.
