What has changed since the Israel-Gaza ceasefire?

Does that include the Palestinians who were publicly executed by Hamas? There seemed to be quite a few of those folks. Or does the "Gaza Health Ministry" not include those figures when it makes up stuff.
Some of the deaths included were Hamas militants.

Is the Gaza Health Ministry trustworthy?

Analysis by academic researchers. Two letters published in The Lancet found that the GHM numbers were plausible and credible: the first was authored by scholars at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and the second by scholars at Johns Hopkins University.

Seems this time they may continue fighting until one of the other has been obliterated? - unless the rest of the world steps up more?

The Health Ministry would be executed by Hamas if it reported such a thing.

Other researchers see things differently.

Gaza Fatality Data Has Become Completely Unreliable

And it is widely acknowledged that Hamas/MOH overcounts deaths of women and children and undercounts deaths of actual Hamas combatants, even if the total numbers are accurate.

In 2004 and 2006, the Lancet published absurd estimates of Iraqi war deaths -- ten times the numbers estimated by other groups. Johns Hopkins was involved then, too.

whether we all once crawled out of the swamp or were a God inspired creation - none of us are doin that well - I'd say start all over again and get a better blueprint this time?

Well, the killing has decreased. From what I know, 348 Palestinians have been killed since the ceasefire. 889 have been injured. 3 Israeli's have been also lost their lives.
