I'd love to be able to see them all laid out in one place....Let's not even think about amassing 40 years of your shoes in one place!![]()
talking of brushes I got these set of 3..last week... they cost pennies, and I already have 2 that I bought last year.. and they are superb for getting into crevices that you can't get ito with anything else...like the seal around the fridge/freezer or the seal around the windows etc...Soft bristle brushes. The 3-pack was cheaper than buying two! I felt like a sucker buying 1 for $8 so I got 3 for $14.
But now I have one for kitchen counter and home use, another for the car, and another for shop usage and dusting off solar panels and such.

What a generous, thoughtful gift!ADDED: With Mother's Day on the horizon, I sent my DD & SO to their favorite nursery with a cash gift of $500 for Mother's Day. Easy gift, no thinking on my part & since I have trouble telling a weed from something she wants, she sees no issue with the cash. I've done this the last 4 or 5 years. Everybody's happy with the outcome. My obligation is satisfied. I felt it would again be appropriate for her wants.
I've never heard of a father giving a Mothers day gift to his daughter...2 years ago I dabbled in the stock market invested $5000 in dividend stocks, Kept for one year and sold them after the dividends were paid. Made a little on each, enough that the dabble paid off. Nerves got to me was the reason for selling. Today I decided it was time to re-dabble. Bought another $5000 in (5) dividend stocks. Had to chance the market with a limit order (GTC) for Monday trading day or later, high yield stocks only. My limit. See what happens. The dividend is between 5-8%. A little better than CDs.
The 6% auto loan was paid off in Apr (less than 2 years P.O). With a little wiggle room, I tried IBonds but to sell they made me jump through hoops. Had enough of that crap! They started out with a 9% interest, but when sold they were in the 5-6 % range. Savings was just under 5, Auto loan was eating into my savings return. The dividend or savings rates didn't cover the auto loan rate. Last year I made more on my 2% cash back card than I would have on my savings, but ended with more unnecessary stuff to haul to GoodWell. I lost.

Didn't explain very well, our DD is the designated driver for shopping trips. The gift was entirely directed to my SO. They both love gardening & shopping. I hate both, get in get out, They would rather go it alone. They hit 2 places, but managed to spend the $500. Where one goes the other tags along. I'm usually left with the pets.I've never heard of a father giving a Mothers day gift to his daughter...
I watch the renewed buyback laptops on Amazon, Need one that converts easily to Linux.A new laptop. I'm saving until this one breaks down and before prices sky-rocket.
Knight, would you mind to post about how happy she is with it? Thank you.My wife wanted a 4 piece non stick ceramic bakeware set. So she bought a set. Now she is researching recipes that those can be used for.
She tried the oval one to make a bell pepper casserole & it worked great. It seemed to heat faster & since the casserole has a cheese topping that can stick the clean up was super easy. Another time she used the square one. Using no oil she made panko crusted chicken breast. Was crispy like it should be but moist inside. Cooking for two overall I think the set will be useful since the sizes are not real big.Knight, would you mind to post about how happy she is with it? Thank you.
This may be a good split by four and bring with content as hostess gift. Or keep:>)
