What have you bought recently?

A while back I bought some silicone ice cube trays. What caught my eye was the covers. I don't use much ice so it gets that stale smell and I get rid of them. I started putting them in zip locks and that's ok. The trays though are lilac....lilac!
I just got one out and I was able to push out three smallish ice cubes, no problem.
That's the other thing. They are cute ice cubes.....smallish.
I love them. 💜

I spent more of my kids' inheritance on speedwell and guara this morning. Oh...and some liquid fertilizer.

Then we stopped at Publix and I spent more of it on a lemon, a half pint of cream and some blueberries so I can finally make blueberry/lemon scones.

The garden centre has a fabulous clothing department... not gardening clothes.. tho'.... .. so today I bought a green/khaki tunic style cheesecloth shirt... and a white sleeveless lined vest (tank top) style top ... then I bought a cuppa tea in the vast cafe there... then to the supermarket for groceries..

Stopped in at Walmart neighborhood Market for stocking final grocery supplies before my surgery. Bought for first time a $3.78 64 ounce bottle of Great Value Grape Juice (Concord) with no sugar added for $3.78 that is $2 less than Welch's. Tastes just as sweetly excellent. Also for $3.38 bought a 96 ounce bottle of the Great Value Apple Juice with no sugar added that I've been buying for awhile now.
Never bought Welch's in my life, as they were John Birchers.

I ordered from Amazon the Cuisinart after good reviews in this forum but yes HATING electronics and what would take you and everyone here 5 minutes takes me 2 hours it looks bit complicated .
Approach it as usual - instructions are for the meek.
Dollar Tree has aluminum foil sheets which cover the pan perfectly. Do not leave it unattended. The only thing I do not stand guard over is tofu. A tiny bit of oil depending on what you are incinerating. Sprayer! Questions? Let SF answer them.

I use a some of the Great Value products. I particularly like a few flavors of their "kherig" style coffee pods. Caramel Creme, Blueberry, and Toasted coconut.
I also their cantina style salsa. Cheese and things are as good as Kraft. Others I can't think of right now.

LOL, @hollydolly! I own a lot more than this ONE bag, it's just that it's the only one small enough to keep on my shoulder when I'm at the piano bar. And since I had a bag stolen from me last year, I'd rather carry around this nondescript tiny thing anyway.
sorry to hear you had your bag stolen, how awful that is..:(.. but I did think you mean you'd only had one bag in 40 years...:ROFLMAO:

I bought another set of ink cartridges for my Canon printer. They aren't made by Canon, but work well, at least the black ink did. I had an unopened Canon color cartridge that I'm currently using. I also bought three more bags of Russell Stover sugar free pecan delights. I had just bought two last month, but the price was lower than the last order ($2.51 less per bag).

@Marcy Sheiner Nice slippers or sandals. Are they glittery?

Thanks figured out how to use it and going to try one of my favorite dishes who most do not like which are fried chicken gizzards .

So will try that to hopefully enjoy while watching KY derby .

I do not expect them to taste like the Popeye types I love but hope still good .
