If there are aliens among us, they can only raise IQ of the world. They are certainly here, an have been for some time. I have seen several X-Men documentaries from Hollywood about this subject. I'm in favor of alien registration so that we know who they are. Because not knowing who they are is kind of creepy. But this is very controversial and probably too political to discuss in this forum.

Given the billions of stars/planets in the universe, I find it hard to believe that the Earth is the only place capable of supporting life. If such life exists, and they are visiting us, they are obviously far more advanced than us....being able to travel "light years" to get here. I doubt that they pose any dangers to us....rather, they are just "studying" our archaic existence.
