Well now, after Phantom's slam-dunk of my What Is It? yesterday (congrats again!) I had to think and think hard.

... and it hurt.

But I came up with a slightly different slant for WII?, and with your kind indulgences I'll test it out in this edition.


The following photograph was taken with an electron microscope. You have to name the object that is shown.

It is indeed a highly-magnified picture of a fruit fly's eye. Imagine getting a speck of dust in THOSE peepers?!?
