What Is The Last Song That Got Stuck In Your Head?

For me it was Jimmy Clanton's song Just A Dream (1958) yesterday. Some songs that stay in my head are recent (like explained in the article) and some are very old; some I don't even like. I hadn't heard Just a Dream in a very long time and although it's a nice song, it wasn't among my favorites, so I don't know why that song.

When I'm able to get rid of one song, I'm plagued by another, sometimes more than one. Can't blame my tinnitus though, as the song is louder and takes up the space in my head. Afraid to mention any particular song; if I mention it I might get stuck in it again!

Wasn't sure of the mental path that my brain took from what you posted to Joni Mitchell Mitchell song i'm posting till i looked for it by the lyric '...paved paradise...' not the actual title, which i'd forgotton, 'Big Yellow Taxi'. Then it made sense.

Same here, my huzz too. That's why he is constantly--just about every minute he's awake--humming or singing "Breaking Up is Hard to Do" by Neil Sedaka, especially the "Comma, comma, down dooby doo down down" part. Over and over. All day long. I used to like that song and I know he can't help it but I am desperately tired of it.
