Respect. Of her opinions....which doesn't mean you have to agree with them, just listen to them and don't reject them automatically out of hand because "she's a woman....what does she know about (fill in the blank)".

Depends on the woman.
But I would think that respect and trust are high on the list. They are high on mine, along with good conversation and a sense of humor.
