In terms of health benefit, I would say Walnut, Almond, Pistachios are good.1. Pecans
2. Pistachios
3. Almonds
4. Peanuts
5. Cashews
6. Every other nut known to mankind
we can get macadamia nuts here very easily...they kind of taste like very smooth hazlenut...Cashew Nuts are the best.
Macadamia Nuts are a very close second. Indigenous to Australia.
If you ever come across them, buy a small portion for a taste test.
I think all nuts do thta if you eat too many.Give me Cashew nuts any day, but if I eat too many, it's a trip to the loo as they go right through me.
