What Series Did You Start Watching That Failed To Hold Your Interest?

It's been so long since I owned a TV that I don't remember.

I too loved The Old Man series. Bridges is a heavyweight actor, so that helped, but there are good supporting actors as well, e.g. John Lithgow, Alia Shawkat, and Amy Brenneman.

The story itself is not earthshakingly novel, but the screenwriting and good direction made it fresh, and stirred curiosity.

I'd forgotten that there was a 2nd season in the works, and evidently it's scheduled for release on Sept. 12 this year. So I'll be looking forward to that!

Ooh...Thank you for informing me of the release date! Less than a month...Yippee! I agree with you about the writing, direction and other actors. Re: the Joe Pickett series. I've never heard of it and after the critiques by you and @Brookswood, I am not interested in checking it out.
