I remember I was in Atlantic City when they were having a Maroon 5 concert on the beach. I was on an elevated walkway and looking out over the boardwalk and beach. They were packed like sardines. I'd never seen that many people there before. I never got into Maroon 5's music.

@IrishEyes Decades ago, my BFF toured with Tiny Tim and Ms Vickie for three months. I had a chance to meet him when years later, she saw him at a hotel lounge where our friend was playing piano bar. He was on the other side of the room. When she walked over to talk to him, I didn't even go with her because I had no interest in meeting him. I do however credit him with me going into labor several years before that. My water broke while watching him on Johnny Carson. :LOL:

No, I like both songs I posted. It's my family members and friends who think both of those song are stupid. I like them a lot, especially the fox song. I think they are cheerful and i like happy dance around music.

I like other music too, of course.

The Numa Numa song that was posted to YouTube less than 10 years ago is an edited version. The quality of the video is so poor that I gave up trying to figure out how it had been edited.

Nonetheless, I decided to post the first version that was posted to Youtube because that is the one I liked. And still do. At the time, I remember how people reacted to it -- the ones that liked it -- Gary was happy and enjoying himself and was the first person to post something like that -- his unfiltered behavior was kind of like someone posting themselves singing a song into a hairbrush microphone while looking in a mirror. It was a breath of fresh air, I thought.

When I was a kid, I was kind of afraid of Tiny Tim, and all I did was watch him on TV for a few minutes. I thought there was something really wrong with him, mentally -- but was too young to know anything about stuff like that.

So I looked him up. The first time Tiny was on Johnny Carson, even Carson looked like he didn't know how to respond, what to do. Then he got married on Carson and that show had the most viewers, except for the moon landing. Being in second place did not last forever, of course.

I still wonder what was going on with him. What I don't wonder is his vocal range. That guy had everything -- from the high pitched singing to the really low voice. You can tell I don't know much about singing, but I heard him sing a song in a deep voice, and I thought wow!

I don't think she lasted too long over here. My daughters liked that one song, but I never heard them mention her again (unlike, say, One Direction or 5 Seconds of Summer). I've never heard anything else by her.
 
I've come to hate ZZ Top's La Grange because it's in too many damn commercials. I'm sick of it!

Turns out, the copyright and music interests for ZZ Top's "La Grange" are owned by global investment firms BMG and KKR. They bought ZZ Top's entire catalog in 2021.
