You probably don't like my taste in music either, now I'm too scared to look at your music box thread.I like Maroon 5 LOL!
I remember I was in Atlantic City when they were having a Maroon 5 concert on the beach. I was on an elevated walkway and looking out over the boardwalk and beach. They were packed like sardines. I'd never seen that many people there before. I never got into Maroon 5's music.I'd rather be wailing and gnashing my teeth.
Bruce is a very rich guy. He's worth over a billion dollars!Since I never listen to the radio, I'm blessed not to ever hear it. Last time I did, was a snippet when they were touting the Bruce Springsteen documentary. He's a Jersey boy too. I'm usually proud of our home state celebrities. From what I gather though...Bruce is a good guy.
No, I like both songs I posted. It's my family members and friends who think both of those song are stupid. I like them a lot, especially the fox song. I think they are cheerful and i like happy dance around music.Sorry, I'm confused! That's the same song. So is it the lip syncing/video you don't like, or the song? Just curious. I personally do find that video annoying.
You can post in there too. If it's something I know I won't like I don't have to listen. I might surprise ya tho.You probably don't like my taste in music either, now I'm too scared to look at your music box thread.![]()
All my favorites are in this thread! This is the other one.
The Numa Numa song that was posted to YouTube less than 10 years ago is an edited version. The quality of the video is so poor that I gave up trying to figure out how it had been edited.Sorry, I'm confused! That's the same song. So is it the lip syncing/video you don't like, or the song? Just curious. I personally do find that video annoying.
When I was a kid, I was kind of afraid of Tiny Tim, and all I did was watch him on TV for a few minutes. I thought there was something really wrong with him, mentally -- but was too young to know anything about stuff like that.Tiny Tim
When one of my kids was in elementary school and I used clock/radio (AM radio) in the mornings, I don't think there was a single morning without that annoying song... 'duuuuun worry, beee happy!' I almost felt like tossing the radio out the window! This is the other one.
jujube: That song too drives me up the wall.At Christmas it was Mariah Carey incessantly crooning that "All I want for Christmas is Youuuuu."
I don't think she lasted too long over here. My daughters liked that one song, but I never heard them mention her again (unlike, say, One Direction or 5 Seconds of Summer). I've never heard anything else by her. She's a horrible litte brat..I know her from before she became famous.....ETA..she's not a big seller here.. she got her break into the celebrity world ... here..in the UK on the X Factor with Simon Cowell in 2010.. (I'm astounded to realise it was 16 years ago) where she finished 4th...... but she moved soon after to the US because the US market were the only ones buying her music...
@seadoug, that part of your comment made me think of this, which I had to endure while working in a store one day one years back. There was no escape, unfortunately:This one. I heard it at the gym and wanted to poke my eardrums out when I heard that "never, ever, ever". And I do respect what Taylor Swift has accomplished.
we all came to hate that song here too.. it was played everywhere for a long time.... all I can say is thank goodness they disbanded...@seadoug, that part of your comment made me think of this, which I had to endure while working in a store one day one years back. There was no escape, unfortunately:
