I use that pot on the left to boil the chicken breast. I have a Rival 3-speed hand mixer I've had since the 70's. I use it to shred the chicken breasts right in the pot after draining the water. On the lowest speed, the Rival mixer shreds the chicken perfectly in about 20-30 seconds. Just don't pull the mixer up out of the chicken while still running. It slings chicken all over D'OH

EDIT: OH ... and how that chicken comes out when using the hand mixer method ...

I wish Myer could eat chicken, definitely cheaper than other meats.
She sniffs it now and will walk away from it, I tried when I boiled some chicken for
shredded BBQ chicken sandwiches a few months back.

Never thought to use my mixer, I wait till the meat is lukewarm, leave a lil of the water on the bottom of the pot and
just use my fingers. I will give it a shot, pork tenderloin gets pretty loose when boiled.

I edited my post to add a picture of how the chicken comes out using the hand mixer method.
Also use the mixer with attachments in place, to hold the chicken in the pot to drain water.
That way, drain water and roll right into shredding (on lowest speed)
