What type of products do you use - powdered or liquid or sheets for your wash?

Scented, unscented?

Things like colour grabbers. Water softeners

What type of products do you use in the dryer?

Anything that you absolutely swear by.

There‘re are probably lots of products that I don’t even know about. I can’t walk down that aisle in the grocery store because of the scents.

Last night I listened to a podcast about laundry detergents. Talk about boring, which is what it was meant to be since it was designed to put you to sleep.

I use Omo ,sensitive liquid ~ most of the time I only use half of what’s recommend as out cloths are not dirty
unless we’ve been out in the garden.

I’m not 100% sure without getting up and going to look … but I think it’s unscented …

I stock up when it’s on 1/2 price special at Coles

I used to be a slave to one brand.. Ariel... then I discovered supermarket own brand at half the price did the same job.. so that's what I use now.. I stock up on ods when they're on sale. I have enough to last me 3 years

I use a Colour catcher sheet in the washing machine so I can wash colours together... and in the dryer I use a dryers sheets to stop the clothes from creasing....

I use sensitive, unscented liquid -- whatever is cheapest, usually All. I started using liquid about 40 years ago when it was considered better for the environment, it might not even be the case these days. No fabric softeners of any kind. Dryer sheets make my sensitive men break out in rashes.

If something is stinky, like mildewed quilts, I use cleaning vinegar.

I sometimes use bleach on a white load but I feel guilty about that. It's bad for the environment, bad for my lungs and makes little holes in our towels.

I wash everything on HOT. It's like with the bleach, my cleanliness fetish argues with other considerations and wins.

I use Costco brand laundry soap pods as my general detergent, add scent beads to that, and Bounce dryer sheets in the dryer.

Sheets and towels are all white, and I add bleach to those loads.

For certain items of mine, I use a liquid laundry detergent called Icon. Expensive, amazing fragrance! 🤩

For what I call crap laundry (dog beds, cleaning rags etc) I use the pods and add Lysol laundry sanitizer or similar.

I keep a spray bottle of hydrogen peroxide on hand to treat blood stains, because Ron is always beating himself up at work!

I also use an Oxy laundry spray to treat general stains before they go in the washer, and a small bottle of dawn dishwashing liquid to treat grease stains before they go in the wash.

I have other products for stubborn stains

Can you tell I hate stained clothing? 🤣

"Ecos Plant Powered" liquid laundry detergent.
No synthetic fragrance or dyes, no 1,4 Dioxane (whatever that is but it sounds bad) and never tested on animals.

The plumber whom I know tells me that liquid detergent is recommended over powdered for my rural property's septic tank.

Arm &Hammer 200 load size plastic bottle. When not drying outside Bounce dryer sheets. Whether drying outside or in the dryer adding softener to the rinse Suavetel fabic softener.

I have been using Mrs. Meyers Clean Day Liquid Laundry Detergent - Lavender since September 2015.
Why? Because I ordered one bottle from Amazon, to try it, and Amazon sent me 1 case!! I reported it, hoping they would have it picked up. They told me to keep it. After giving away several bottles, I'm now on my last one.
Like @Knight I use Suavitel, but dryer sheets, not liquid, and only for sheets and towels.
