What Type of Tea Are You Drinking Right Now

I was getting several varieties of Bigelow tea, but their prices have skyrocketed lately (what hasn't?). There was a time when a box of Bigelow was around $2.50 - now it's almost $5 at the local store. The flavors I get (if they're available) are Earl Grey, Vanilla Caramel, Constant comment (decaf), peppermint and lavender chamomile. I have the regular tea for breakfast, then drink decaf or herbal, the rest of the day.

I like bigelow tea. There make a fine cup.
I like a nice earl grey also. Peppermint for stomach aches and camomile for sleep.

Speaking of tea, :giggle: I've never been much of a tea drinker... *but* I'd like to start trying some with health benefits.
Anyone have any experience with Organic Gotu Kola tea? Top benefits are supposed to be for helping insomnia (huge issue for me) and anxiety relief. This is what I found about it... sounds impressive at first glance:
"Best used for: Gotu kola may help relieve anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, and might even help ease symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease."

My wife is the tea drinker. Her favorite, Lipton Orange Passion Fruit Jasmine. We have a Keurig coffee pod machine which we use for making tea. Just remove any coffee pod and the machine will pour out clean hot water, perfect for tea.

I would question drinking tea for insomnia in the evening. I’d be up more than ever in the middle of the night.

Most days I drink Bromley decaf green tea even though I have a lot of teas to choose from, as you can see buy our tea & coffee cabinet. The box of Taylor teas was a gift and I liked the jasmine green tea enough to buy a box. I love the vanilla Chai by Bigelow; it smells so good. I have regular black tea here that I rarely drink. We also have a box of organic Masala Chai by SerendipiTea in another cabinet. I haven't tried that yet.
