I've never seen these before...what an interesting idea!

This is for Friday night. I had 4 Royal Asia spring rolls. Just got the box of 50 from Costco. I decided to try them at $7.69 for 50 rather than buy Bowl & Basket egg rolls again and pay $5 for a box of 5. Granted it takes 3 or 4 to be comparable to 1 egg roll, but it still winds up being a much better deal. I enjoyed them with World Harbors mango sauce and it's likely I'd buy them again when not on sale (at $10.99).

How cool ! Did you get the spring rolls on sale too HD? I cooked them in my NuWave oven. I probably never would have "discovered" them if they weren't on sale. My son does most of the Costco shopping these days, usually swinging by one of the warehouses immediately after he gets off from work. Sometimes I tell him I need to go myself so I can get my shopping therapy on. :D But that's only a couple of times a year.

I don't remember if they were on sale Diva, I buy them routinely now...they last a long time (y) I got to Costco on a regular basis because it's where I buy the fuel much cheaper than any Petrol Garage here.. ..:D

Love spring rolls!I

I will probably put them with in a zip lock with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper, and some some sun dried tomatoes I need to use up. They say juniper berries are good with the rosemary on venison but I don't have those.
That sound's great. I will try that next time we have them. Thank you :)

Yay! no need for heating this morning, windows open and later we shall be having salmon and vegetables. :)
Do you have sun ?.. we're not forecast for sunshine until tomorrow.. but altho' it's overcast here I do have my windows open... like to have them open as much as possible..:D

No sun although it was brighter earlier. Quite grey but not too cold. Like you, I like having the windows open. :)
