Tonight for dinner I had Toad-in the Hole and Broccoli with beef gravy.. then about 2 hours later I had hot home-made custard with chocolate coated Swiss roll cake

my vote is as always steak #1

How did the venison come out in the AF @Trish ?...Did it dry it out ?.. How long did you put it in for ?.. I like Venison, have it a couple of times a year. I get it from the Farm shop but I've never cooked it in the AF

16 minutes @ temp. 180. Didn't dry out at all. I checked them after 10 minutes but thought they were too red inside so put them in for extra 6 minutes and they were done nicely. It is the first time I have put venison in the airfryer but will definitely do them that way again.

Have you ever tried mushroom burger?

Here's a simple recipe but you can add all the things you usually have in a burger but just substitute a grilled portabella mushroom for the meat. I usually add a thin slice of cheese on top of the warm mushroom.

A mixed grill this evening, or as we call it in the lightning household, a "gorilla". Pork chop, lamb kidney, pork & black pudding sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion rings and potato wedges.

I haven't had Lambs kidney for ages... I used to enjoy that chopped up with chopped bacon, in Macaroni & Cheese
