I read that and thought how nice, just what I like - - then realised I said that! Lol!Gammon, egg, chips. Followed by cherry pie and custard. That was our easy Sunday lunch instead of a roast this week. We eat that then only a snack in the evening on Sunday.
If you are talking about an air fryer (AF?), HD, cook your sausages at 370 F for fourteen minutes, turning them halfway through. Works every time! If breakfast sausages, a bit less!I had lunch at the pub today.....so tonight I just baked 2 sausages in the AF... I overdid it.. I'm always a bit afraid not to cook sausages all the way through.. so I cooked these big links at 190 for 23 minutes... and the skin was like tough paper.....I'll have to cook them at lower temp next time for a couple minutes longer maybe
My AF only goes up to 220 CIf you are talking about an air fryer (AF?), HD, cook your sausages at 370 F for fourteen minutes, turning them halfway through. Works every time! If breakfast sausages, a bit less!
Join the club, Rose! Day before yesterday I had to delete a rather lengthy and serious post when I went back in the thread and discovered that I had sent the same pearl of wisdom only a few weeks earlier!I read that and thought how nice, just what I like - - then realised I said that! Lol!
In that case, fry at 190 C, HD! My Air Fryer still uses Fahrenheit! 370 F = 187.78 C ! If they are link sausages (fatter than the breakfast ones) they will come out perfect with a nice crispy skin and a moist interior! My AF only goes up to 220 C
Please, @David777, NOT Broccoli! Anything but broccoli. Who was that President of yours who wouldn't tolerate it in the White House, I am with him!Microwaved a frozen 12 oz package of broccoli florets with mayo and salt.
Well, I will be magnanimous and continue to like you, HD! But that's the first strike! Just thought I'd warn you!I love Broccoli...
Tonight I had meatballs.. and mashed Carrot & Swede ( turnip)
You can join my Daughter.. she hates it too...Well, I will be magnanimous and continue to like you, HD! But that's the first strike! Just thought I'd warn you!![]()
I cannot stand oily fish... lol.... sardines, Mackerel, pilchards.. *ugh*... OTOH.. my estranged o/h... loved them all before he went Vegan,,,We will be having fresh mackerel and either salad or vegetables. I usually steam mackerel but have decided to try out an air fryer recipe:
Season with salt, pepper, cumin and garlic
Place slices of fresh lemon in the bottom of the air fryer
Add the seasoned fish on top
Cook for 6 - 10 mins
My air fryer only goes up to 220'C so I will set it quite high and check after 6 mins.
