What's for dinner ( or lunch )

Today was grocery day so I picked up a piece of grab ‘n’ go fried haddock from the PriceChopper.

I’ll add a handful of frozen French fries when I reheat the fish.

I had chicken stir fry for lunch today at the pub...

Went for the stir fry, as a late lunch, early dinner. Chicken, mushrooms, sweet pepper and Peanut Sauce

Today is leftover leftovers day. I went through my cabinets and freezer, and pulled out stuff that has been there forever! The end result is some kind of pasta salad.

Tonight will be zucchini w/ tomatoes, onion and garlic and maybe a mortadella sandwich.

For lunch, a turkey sub from Publix. These things are huge and we will have enough for lunch tomorrow.
For supper, I’m thinking sliced ham, smashed potatoes and creamed corn. Yep..that sounds good.

I walked to the Top’s Friendly Market this morning and picked up a package of Basilio Buda hot sausage and a small watermelon.

A small casserole of tomato sauce with sausage and mushrooms is bubbling in the oven.

The watermelon chunks are chilling in the fridge.

All I need to do is cook a handful of pasta for dinner.

Lunch was a smoked pork chop sandwich on whole wheat and coffee.

Looking at broccoli sauteed w/ olive oil and fresh garlic w/ a few cheese ravioli. Sliced tomatoes.

despite having defrosted some chicken for dinner tonight haven't felt too great today so I couldn't face it, so I just had some scrambled egg with a tiny piece of grated mild cheddar...

I;m thinking I might just pop the chicken into the AF and cook it in case I might feel like it later.. if not it'll be cold in the fridge for tomorrow. I don't want it to go off being as it's been defrosted for a day and a half..

I bought a container of lobster bisque last weekend. I had half Monday and the remainder for lunch today. I've bought this brand for years. It used to have nice chunks of lobster but these days it only contains wee flakes of meat.

oh wow I've never heard of that... but when I looked it up it says it's also known as Dorado and Dolphin...
