I had two jobs this afternoon in the community I currently live in and due to reading a couple of posts here yesterday about Chinese food I then went and bought plenty of this tasty culinary treat .

I like to combine food with tv so waiting till 8 pm to enjoy while watching Mouse Hunt .

For lunch, mic'd a 19oz can of Progresso Garden Vegetable soup. For dinner made a package of Idahoan Herb & Butter Mashed Potatoes plus salt, pepper, and margarine, washed down with whole milk but only ate 2/3 of it so will finish off the rest tomorrow for lunch.

Yesterday, we left for DH's medical appointment (an hour away) shortly before noon, then went to a couple of stores for groceries. Fortunately, I keep granola bars in my car, but despite snacking on one, by the time we got home at 4:30 my stomach was growling.

I'd set out a couple of quarter-pies of pizza to defrost in the morning. Popped them in the toaster oven for 10 minutes to reheat. Pulled the cheese off my mushroom pizza and ate only the crust, sauce and mushrooms. DH ate his cheddar slices as it.

By the time dinner rolled around I wasn't especially hungry. Had herbal tea and about a cup of (no sugar) spoon-size shredded wheat and a nectarine.

Next time I make pizza, I'll do several with no cheese. To my great surprise, I actually prefer it this way.
