Tonight I had Chicken in tempura Batter... and Carrot and swede Mash

Hit Subway on the way home. Had to take my sister to a late afternoon dr's appt, so it was an easy decision to stop and let someone else make dinner.

Tonight my neighbour brought me round a '' little appetiser'' as they called it... in reality if they make something different they usually bring me a little bit around to try... and this time it was a Hot cheese and ham sandwich but with Filo pastry instead of bread... it was very light and very delicious...

... about an hour later I had baked potato with Egg mayo filling... for dinner

Tonight I had 2 different types of chicken. One chicken thigh fillet over from yesterdays' dinner.. and 4 Chicken breast balls in tempura batter. ...with that I had Carrot & Swede mash !

For both dinner and lunch (same thing) I had Lancashire Cheese Rarebit. That was sourdough toast with melted Lancashire cheese, crispy bacon, mushrooms and black garlic ketchup. Oh - and rocket cos it's posh

I just had Beef brisket in a rosemary & beef gravy... Sugar snap Peas..Yorkshire puddings, & Mashed potato for dinner.... and I still have enough left over to have it for lunch or dinner tomorrow

I just had a cold piece of chicken from last eve's order,
and I actually had a SALAD, thats right!!! Got a Dole mixed salad from
the groc, added some cheese stuff and a dressing!!! tasted pretty good!!!!

Since ribs were on sale everywhere so i pick up a couple of racks, even though we will not be watching the superbowl
Made ribs and baked potato for my wife and kid, while I had beef barley soup.
