5 pounds of chicken wings on the grill. Half was done with Nashville Hot wing sauce. And the other half was done with a sweet BBQ sauce.

I'm not a big fan of hot spices so I'd skip it, too.what I forgot to say..in some recipes they put a lot of Chilli in it... but I'm not a chilli lover... so I don't...

A small pork & black pudding pie.
A piece of smoked venison.
Some smoked lancashire cheese.
A few silverskin pickled onions.
A dram of Laphroaig smokey Islay single malt whisky.
