What's for dinner ( or lunch )

I got some steak bakes from the freezer.. searched for sausages and couldn't find any, I've had a craving for them for a couple of days...
Might have a steak bake for dinner, wih beans

Eating as I type for Monday lunch, mic'd half of a $1.38, or 2 ounces out of a 4 oz package with added salt, pepper, margarine, washed down with whole milk.

Tonight I had Chicken and ham Pot pie.... with canned spaghetti hoops..

I'm not a great lover of canned spaghetti, I tend to have them in the cupboard as standby's.. and they can be in there for a couple of years or more before I think I should start using them.. which is what happened tonight... but actually it tasted nice with the pie..

A neighbor who feasted on our homemade pizza and cookies last Saturday, dropped off six homemade cheese tamales and hot sauce yesterday afternoon. The tamales were still hot - fresh out of the steamer - so DH & I each had 1-1/2 for a late lunch. So delicious!

Thinking about eating sharing the rest of them for today's lunch!

-Half a dozen prunes to snack on with my first one caffeinated coffee at 8-9am
-One decaffeinated coffee between 11 and noon.
-Having a Korean pear around noon. A fabulous fruit "treat" every third day or so.....they are a tad expensive sometimes.
-Between 3p-4p, a huge fresh salad that fills a one gallon bowl with either chopped eggs, or a dozen shrimp on top for protein.
-6pm another half dozen prunes with two orange/lemon drinks, with zero calories.
-7pm two cups of hot, fresh ginger and honey tea
-8pm ish: 3-4oz Cote de Rhone

Dinner last night turned into grazing.
Lunch was baked potatoe, pork loin pan fried in butter with apple/onion and deglazed with apple juice, horseradish and mini cucumbers. Burp!
