What's for dinner ( or lunch )

Tonight, I actually cooked something for the first time since the accident. Up to now I've been just having anything that can be cooked in the sir fryer, or toaster

When I say cooked, I should really say ''prepared''.. it wasn't much, but I scrubbed ( that was really quite painful to do ).. a large potato.... then baked in the Microwave... and when it was ready.. I added, egg mayo as a filling on one side.. and sliced French Brie, on the other side... ..

All the cleaning and slicing etc, took a good bit of effort to achieve but achieve it I did....(y)

After being sidelined for whatever reason, puttering around my kitchen brings me a sense of normalcy, and I'm probably not the only one.

I'm so glad to learn that step by step, you're reclaiming your world. 🤗

Tonight the AF came to the rescue again.... I know it's not super healthy for me to be eating pre-packaged food, but for now, I'm not overly concerned because I can't cook anything much yet...

So I just baked some potato fitters in tempura batter, and some cod bites.... and heated some Peas...in the microwave...
