What's for dinner ( or lunch )

Tonight I had one of my batch cooked dinners... Minced beef, sausages, potatoes, mushroom, & Sprouts... and I;d just finished eating when there was a knock at the door, and my neighbour bearing a plate of freshly home-made Pizza.. so I've put that in the fridge for tomorrows' lunch

I had chicken Balls.. with Plum & Hoisin sauce

After a rowdy Monday night at a club, food binging, especially chocolate, and 7 good hours of sleep, now near noon just began mic'ing a can of stabilizing, comforting, Progresso Chicken Rice Vegetable Soup.

On Sunday I had Christmas lunch at a pub... it included roast lamb, and was the most delicious pub meal I've ever had,..sadly I forgot to take a picture for the forum.. but I did take a pic of the dessert whci for me was Hot Ginger Brownie with ice cream anndd strawberries

By the time I got home in the evening I was full to the brim... I don't usually eat dessert.. so I was really stuffed, and a short while after I got home.. my neighbours brought this around...lol....

I had to let it cool and freeze it....:D

Tonight I just had one slice of wholemeal toast with one scrambled egg....for dinner... I had no lunch

After all that rich food this last couple of days I need something simple...

Tonight I finally had the Roast duck that I bought for Christmas day lunch.....I just had it with some Pilau rice.. and plum & hoisin sauce..

What with all the food the neighbours brought yesterday I couldn't cook the duck.

I still have most of the food the neighbours brought in the freezer now...except the cake which is in the fridge

No breakfast this morning, then for a healthy lunch, thawed a 12oz package of frozen spinach, then mic'd it, added mayo and salt, washed down with whole milk. Now 2 hours later, feeling well, will mic a section of apple pie, then add whipped cream for dessert.

I've just had early dinner. It's Monday but it seems like Sunday to me beause everyone is still off work and school... so I had lunch/dinner at 3.30pm... Indian Chicken Curry with Pilau Rice...
