Tacos tonight...
and refried beans. Can't wait! Oh, it's Monday! Hope I don't go to food jail for messing up Taco Tuesday!

I had to look up kimchee.Gonna bake salmon, asparagus and smashed boiled potatoes on a sheet pan.
Maybe a side of kimchee.
Coco Pebbles for dessert.
I like sauerkraut and kimchi. They are very similar but, the difference between them is sauerkraut is always cabbage while kimchi includes various vegetables. Baechi-Kimchi is the closest to sauerkraut because it is just a cabbage base without other vegetables. I used to make it but, nowadays I buy it from the shops.Years ago, a group from work went to an Asian restaurant for lunch. It was one of those buffet style offerings. They had kimchi available. To me it just tasted like mild sauerkraut.
Sounds good. I would make it with toast and runny, poached eggs - actually, I might make that tomorrowI'm thinking of eggsand sausage
Oh yum! Haven't had one of those in forever! I like mine with sauce, onions, & sweet peppers... in a sub roll. Gotta get that on next week's menu for sure.A hot sausage sandwich and a salad.
I forgot to eat mine w/ my supper! Some can be exceedingly hot, I get ,mild and that's hot enough for me.I had to look up kimchee.
It sounds interesting
Kimchi is a traditional Korean side dish consisting of salted and fermented vegetables, most often napa cabbage or Korean radish. A wide selection of seasonings are used, including gochugaru, spring onions, garlic, ginger, and jeotgal. Kimchi is also used in a variety of soups and stews.
