I slice of warmed over pizza from the local Wegman’s grab ‘n’ go, a salad topped with blue cheese dressing, and unsweetened iced tea.

Strawberries with a scoop of low carb sugar free ice cream for afters.

My son brought me dinner from a local restaurant. Salmon, broccoli, carrots, squash, flavored rice, potatoes and a little bit of sweet potato. This is what's left after I fixed a plate!

I think it's something with apple they smoke it with. It's not bad but I like the Peppered bacon more.

Chicken breast, baby potatoes, green beans, stewed tomatoes with chilis. It was a bit boring, but I need the protein. Watermelon for dessert was lovely.

Yes, there is corn in there.

Sliced red peppers and fresh mushrooms sautéed in olive oil, and then added baked chicken strips and soy sauce, cooked for 8-10 minutes. Yummy. Added fresh cherries for dessert.
