A really healthy salad with garbanzo beans, roasted red bells, avocado, cukes, and sunflower seeds and chicken.
Lemon juice and avocado dressing.

Mix of my own home grown chemical free silver beet / with added …bacon / onion grated carrot / potato….all pre cooked
and added grated cheese .
I usually make a mix depending on whats in the fridge ..so sometimes .. carrot gets added…sometimes. what ever is in the fridge
I buy 25% lower fat flaky pastry sheets , cause I’m too old and lazy to make flaky pastry …
its make enough for us for meals for 2 days

I call them spinach pasty’s …... not really pastie shape but I suppose they are veggies pasty’s except for a table spoon of bacon ….I like to use my own home grown Silver beet ( sorta spinach but it grows much larger than spinach ) I ..never ever buy SB to make them , so they only get put on our menu when I’ve got it growing in winter
