Whats For Dinner/Supper ?

No breakfast.
Lunch, mic'd one Knorr-Lipton 4.5 ounce Alfredo, Pasta Sides washed down with milk.
For dinner, one 5.3 oz (150 gram) Trader Joe's 99 cents Greek strawberry yogurt I added a small spoonful of brown sugar to.

Yeah often have days that I eat like a bird haha and feel fine this evening. Uncommonly have breakfast. Had a very active weekend d at an outdoor street art/food/music festival. Might eat a bit more tomorrow.

Winter is coming, you will be out on the slopes. Time to start bulking up those muscles, more protein and carbs to build the muscles and energy for skiing.

It looked really good. What was it made with?
Ground beef and tomatoe sauce?
I actually mix my lean ground beef with some sweet Italian sausage then add my home made Roma tomato sauce mixed in with some tomato paste. I also throw in some diced onion and garlic paste (home made as well) along with basil, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper & some parsley. Add about a 1/2 cup of water then simmer all that for 1.5 hours. Of course I use lasagna noodles plus Ricotta, Parmasan & Mozzerella cheeses. I mix the Ricotta with 1 whole egg as that helps bind it together so it doesn't end up squishing out when you cut into the final product.

The layering is; cooked noodles, then meat sauce, Ricotta then slices of Mozzerella with Paramasan sprinkled on top. Then repeat twice more. I usually put a little thicker layer of Mozzerella on the top layer as well. Of course it then get's baked in the oven. As often as I make it, you're never quite sure of the result 😆

Now it sounds good too! Italian sausage is sure tasty. Ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese sounds amazing. My mouth is watering just reading your description. I think I want to make a lasagna now.
Thank you for the description
That’s as good as a recipe

The thing I like about lasagna is that it always seems to taste even better the next day, after sitting in the fridge all night and then you warm it back up. Don't know why that is 🤷‍♂️

Meatloaf
Baby potatoes
Carrots
I see a cold meatloaf sandwich in your future!
😉🤭😂
